Igor Almeida

Igor Almeida has worked in a variety of roles since 2011. Igor began their career as a Genius at Apple, where they provided exceptional customer service and efficient solutions for all Apple products. In 2013, they co-founded breeba ventures inc., a cellphone, tablet and computer repair shop. From 2014 to 2015, they worked as a Technical Support Analyst (Contract) at Tenisci Piva LLP, where they maintained and improved the company's website, supported 15 desktops, and managed two Windows Servers. Igor also worked as a Technical Support (Contract) at ISM Canada and as a Customer Service / Technician at Simply Computing. From 2015 to 2020, they worked as an IT Admin (On Call) at MaHost Internet Services Inc., where they helped with all aspects of a VPS hosting company. Igor then moved to Cloud DX as a Senior IT & Network Administrator. In 2019, they began working as an Analyst - Techn'l Support at Teck Resources Limited, where they provided complete support to all devices on-site and was responsible for purchasing hardware and software licenses. Finally, in 2016, they worked as an IT Support Officer at The Canada Homestay Network.

Igor Almeida completed their Bachelor of Applied Science - BASc in Information Technology from Thompson Rivers University in 2008. Prior to that, they attended Evolutivo High School in Brazil.
