Heather McNair

Heather McNair has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Heather'smost recent role is as the Chief Executive Officer at Cloud Generation, a position they have held since April 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Customer Officer at Cloud Generation from April 2021 to April 2023, where they led the customer experience and developed products to simplify day-to-day tasks.

Before joining Cloud Generation, Heather worked at Higher Logic, starting in November 2012. Heather held multiple roles at Higher Logic, including Chief Community Officer from May 2018 to April 2021, Vice President of Engagement Strategy from November 2015 to May 2018, and Director of Client Success from November 2012 to November 2015.

Prior to Higher Logic, Heather worked as the Vice President of Marketing, Membership & Strategic Technologies at AANAC from April 2010 to November 2012. Heather also worked at the Medical Group Management Association as the Senior Manager of Member Engagement from June 2009 to April 2010 and as the Senior Membership Retention Manager from March 2007 to June 2009.

Earlier in their career, Heather held positions at Alert Global Media as a Marketing Manager from June 2005 to December 2006, at Imaging Network Group as a Marketing/Circulation Director from February 2004 to May 2005, at World Publications as a Direct Mail Manager from February 2003 to January 2004, at Primedia, Inc. as a Consumer Marketing Manager/New Business from October 2000 to February 2003, at Sunset Publishing as an Associate Marketing Manager from January 2000 to September 2000, and at E. Gottschalks & Co. Department Stores as a Database/Internet Marketing Manager from August 1996 to December 1999, and as an Advertising/Special Projects Coordinator from August 1997 to December 1997.

Heather McNair holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from California State University, Fresno. Additionally, they have obtained a certification in Cloud Generation Platform Administration from Cloud Generation in July 2022.
