Christopher Casey

Christopher Casey has extensive legal experience in commercial licensing, cloud services, and compliance matters across various organizations. Currently serving as Director at Cloud Software Group since December 2022, Christopher manages legal support for the New England and New York regions, oversees the Source Code Escrow program, and coordinates global due diligence for vendors and suppliers. Previously, Christopher held similar director roles at TIBCO and provided legal counsel as Northeast Regional Legal Counsel. Earlier experience includes roles at Oracle, where Christopher drafted and negotiated licensing agreements, and at Citizens Bank as an in-store banker. Christopher earned a Juris Doctor degree from Roger Williams University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Politics from Saint Anselm College.
