Nicholas Ibourk is a seasoned technology professional currently serving as the Director of Citrix Advanced Support for the EMEA region at Cloud Software Group since February 2023, following the merger of Citrix and TIBCO Software. With nearly two decades of experience at Citrix, Nicholas held multiple positions, including Senior Manager for Customer Success and Networking Escalation Support, as well as Manager of EMEA Technical Support. Prior to Citrix, Nicholas worked in Internal IT Support at Accenture for over three years. Nicholas holds a qualification from Dublin Business School and completed the CFA program between 1992 and 1994.
