Tan Yongcharoen

Tan (Tanasak) Yongcharoen is an experienced professional in the IT, telecom, and contact center industries, currently serving as Sr. Manager for Telecom and Contact Center Architecture at Cloud Software Group since November 2022. Previously, Tan held multiple roles at Citrix, including Principal Systems Engineer & Scrum Master and Contact Center Architect, contributing to advancements in telecom and contact center solutions from March 2012 to November 2022. Prior experience includes managing projects at Cognizant Technology Solutions, where leadership over a three-member development team focused on Avaya Interaction Center and related applications occurred, and serving as a QA Intern at SAP Labs. Tan's career began at Locus Telecommunication Inc., Ltd. as a CTI Engineer III, following educational achievements culminating in a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Mahidol University.
