Charlotte Batters is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Director of People & Transformation at Qodea since April 2018. Charlotte has held various significant roles at Qodea, including Head of Business Transformation and Head of People & Internal Technology, contributing to the Senior Leadership Team and managing multiple teams focused on talent acquisition, legal matters, and technology systems.
