Tanya Nair

Tanya Nair has a diverse work experience in the field of machine learning and engineering. Tanya is currently working at Floodbase as a senior machine learning engineer, where they started in June 2022. Prior to joining Floodbase, Tanya worked at Imagia Cybernetics as a machine learning researcher from July 2018 to July 2021. Tanya also gained experience as a scientific developer intern at Synaptive Medical in 2016. Earlier in their career, Tanya held engineering and co-op positions at Alcatel-Lucent, Broadcom, and Vineyard Networks.

Tanya Nair obtained their Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Electrical Engineering from The University of British Columbia, during the period from 2010 to 2015. Following this, they pursued a Masters of Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering at McGill University, completing their studies from 2015 to 2018.
