David Heckaman

David Heckaman is a seasoned technology consultant and industry leader with extensive experience spanning over two decades. As the Principal Partner of Heckaman Group, LLC since January 2002, David has emphasized a customer and service-first approach in delivering a wide array of technology consulting and advisory services, fostering a diverse client portfolio. Concurrently, David holds the position of VP of Technology Development at Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group and serves as Vice President of Product Strategy at Cloud5 Communications, roles undertaken since March 2002 and August 2021, respectively. David's academic background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management from the University of Central Florida's Rosen College of Hospitality Management, obtained in 1994.
