Lee Prall

Lee Prall has a diverse work experience starting from 2006. From 2006 to 2007, Lee worked as an Interviewer at Statistics Canada, where they conducted interviews with survey respondents and performed general office tasks. In 2007, Lee joined UPS as a Service Level Coordinator, responsible for overseeing the daily performance of inbound representatives and managing inbound telephone coverage. From 2009 to 2018, Lee worked at Cloud5 Communications, starting as an Operations Control Centre Manager, overseeing the 24/7 control centre team and troubleshooting telephony and infrastructure issues. Later, Lee became the Manager of IT Infrastructure, managing IT infrastructure for the contact centre line of business and handling vendor relationships. In 2019, Lee was promoted to Director of IT at Cloud5 Communications, taking on a more senior role.
