George Marchitella has worked in various roles since 2009. George began their career at RICKY'S NYC as an Assistant Store Manager, where they were responsible for overseeing store activities such as merchandising, employee placement, and ordering products to ensure company profits and customer satisfaction. George was later promoted to Customer Relations Manager to train employees for the company's new CRM program. In 2011, they moved to Prime Essentials LLC as a Store Manager, leading a team of 30+ employees to raise consumer awareness of a start-up brand. In 2014, they became the Communications/Social Media Manager for the Police Athletic League - Food Hunters of NYC, where they created and managed all social networking/social media content, conversations and relationships. George also researched and wrote material about culinary cultures and their neighborhoods in NYC for the program's workshop booklets. In 2015, they joined Wesley Clover Solutions as a Customer Success Manager, a multi-faceted role primarily focused on international business development and domestic sales support. George was responsible for supporting partners in China, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Canada, United Kingdom and Sweden, and traveled internationally to educate partners and visit potential/clients for on-site sales demonstrations. George also held roles as a Marketing Manager and Account Manager. In 2022, George Marchitella began working as a Professional Services Manager for Cloud9 (part of Symphony).

George Marchitella obtained their Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) in Business Administration and Management, General from Kingsborough Community College between 2004 and 2008. George then went on to earn their B.B.A. in Business Communication Major with a Specialization in Corporate Communications from Baruch College between 2009 and 2014. Additionally, they have obtained certifications from VMware and Mitel, receiving their VMWare Sales Solutions certification in March 2020 and their Mitel Sales Professional Solutions certification in January 2016.
