Jeffrey Gomez, MBA, has held a number of roles in the business world since 2011. Jeffrey began their career at American Express as an Operations Analyst, where they supervised and built tools for a high volume data entry team, improving efficiency by 25% with six sigma and A/B testing. Jeffrey also built complex SQL queries of massive PHP and DOS databases and formatted results via VBA scripts to automate manual processes.

In 2016, Jeffrey moved to Vesta Homes LC as Director of Sales, Marketing, and Operations. As a critical owner in business development and operations, they led the company to revenue growth of 8x to over $10mm in 4 years. Jeffrey supervised and trained 8 member sales team and developed custom reporting dashboards for presentation of critical KPIs, visualization of sales funnel, GTM strategy, and identifying profitable channels and failure points. Additionally, they implemented sales, purchasing, and construction management software to boost gross margins from 20% to nearly 30% and reduce cost overruns from 18% to below 5%.

Most recently, Jeffrey has been the Head of Sales Operations at CloudApp since 2021. Jeffrey has generated 20 times more product qualified leads, resulting in an additional $210K in annual recurring revenue per quarter. Jeffrey has also implemented daily large-scale data migration into Salesforce and created automated notifications for relevant sales events such as account over-allocation, subscription changes, and user behavior triggers. Additionally, they have owned sales book organization, rep compensation, performance evaluation and forecasting, and contracts management.

Jeffrey Gomez, MBA has an extensive education history. Jeffrey obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from the University of Utah between 2007 and 2014. Jeffrey then went on to obtain their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Utah - David Eccles School of Business between 2015 and 2017. Jeffrey has also obtained several certifications, including a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from the University of Utah in 2017, a Sales Software certification from HubSpot in 2022, and Google Ads - Display and Search certifications from Google in 2021. Jeffrey also obtained a Real Estate Agent certification from the State of Utah in 2017.
