Bethany Greenfield's work experience begins with their role as an English Teaching Assistant at Colegio Mayor de Bolivar in 2014. In 2015, they worked as an English Teacher at Gimnasio Altair de Cartagena. Bethany then joined EduMe in 2016 as an English Teacher. Later that year, they became the Administrator and Reservations Manager at Old City Oasis, Casa en el Agua. In 2017, they worked as a Web Content Writer at Hi Cartagena. In 2018, they joined Cloudbeds as a Customer Coach, and in 2019, they transitioned to the role of an Implementation Coach. Currently, they serve as the Onboarding Lead at Cloudbeds.

Bethany Greenfield completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Hispanic and Latin American Languages, Literatures, and Linguistics, General with English Literature from King's College London from 2010 to 2014.
