Javier Anta has a diverse work experience starting from 2006 to the present. Javier is currently working as an Inbound Sales Executive at Cloudbeds since December 2021. Prior to this, from 2015 to 2021, they worked as the CEO & Founder of Suitur International, where they were responsible for developing brand strategy, supervising business processes, and managing various teams.
Before Suitur International, from 2014 to 2015, Javier worked as a Business Development professional at Kame House El Nido, where they handled tasks such as prospecting and contracting suppliers, training teams, and conducting market analysis. Additionally, from 2010 to 2013, they worked as a Community Manager at Hotelius (Grupo Hotusa), managing social media accounts, updating blogs, and executing online marketing campaigns.
From 2008 to 2010, Javier served as an Administrative and Commercial staff member at Caixa Catalunya, where they provided personalized customer service, sold products and services, and conducted cash handling activities. Lastly, from 2006 to 2008, they worked as a Booking/Revenue Assistant at APARTHOTEL ATENEA.
Javier Anta has a Master's degree in Marketing and Communication Management from ESERP Business School, which they obtained between 2010 and 2012. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Tourism at the Universitat de Girona from 2005 to 2008, with a focus on Marketing for tourism and travel services. Currently, Javier is pursuing a course on Successful negotiation: Essential Strategies and Skills at the University of Michigan, which they started in 2021. In 2020, they also pursued a course on Successful Business Management for SMEs at the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile, specializing in Entrepreneurial Management for Small and Medium Enterprises.
