Nathalia Miranda Giovannetti

Nathalia Miranda Giovannetti has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Nathalia is currently working at Cloudbeds as a Talent Administrator since April 2022. Prior to this, they were a Customer Support Lead at Cloudbeds from December 2020 to April 2022. Nathalia also served as a Customer Coach at Cloudbeds from June 2019 to December 2020.

Before joining Cloudbeds, Nathalia worked as an Assistente de Eventos at Novotel Itu Golf & Resort from June 2018 to June 2019. Nathalia also participated in the Au Pair In America program from August 2015 to August 2017, gaining valuable cultural exchange experience.

Earlier in their career, Nathalia worked at Bourbon Hotéis & Resorts as an Assistente de Vendas from October 2014 to June 2015, and as an Agente de Reservas from February 2014 to October 2014. Nathalia also had a Concierge internship at Hospital São Luiz - Rede D'Or São Luiz from May 2013 to October 2013.

Nathalia's professional journey began in 2011 as a Coordenadora de Governança intern at InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG®) from November 2011 to November 2012. Overall, they possess a wide range of skills and experience in customer support, hospitality, sales, and administration.

Nathalia Miranda Giovannetti began their education in 2011 at Universidade Anhembi Morumbi, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management. Nathalia completed their studies in 2014. In 2016, they attended Montgomery College for a short period and focused on English language learning. Currently, in 2022, they returned to Universidade Anhembi Morumbi to pursue a post-graduate degree in Human Resources, specializing in this field. The completion of their post-graduate studies is expected in 2023.
