Michael Liriano

Michael Liriano is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering, project management, and organizational development. Currently serving as Senior Director of Software Engineering - Platform at CloudBees since April 2022, Michael oversees a cross-functional team that focuses on essential services for the SaaS Platform, actively implementing strategies for performance monitoring, identity management, and customer support. Prior to this, Michael held various leadership roles at IBM from March 2014 to April 2022, including Program Director managing a $16.1M budget and a global team of over 75 employees. Michael has also contributed to public sector initiatives at the NYC Department of Information Technology & Telecommunications and the NYC Department of Correction, and has a foundation in industrial engineering from United Parcel Service. Michael holds a Master’s degree in Technology Management and a BA in Communications from Columbia University and the State University of New York at Oswego, respectively.
