Richard Thomas

Richard Thomas is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in the industry, currently serving as a Principal Software Engineer at CloudBees since April 2019. Prior to this role, Richard held the position of Senior Software Engineer at Electric Cloud from August 2007 to April 2019. Richard's career began in software engineering with roles at Silvaco, Admiral Computing Plc, and Hambro Assured Plc, among others, starting as a Programmer at Spectrum International Ltd in January 1991. Richard earned a BSc in Maths and Computer Science from the University of Southampton between 1986 and 1989.
