Jorge Morales is an experienced professional in customer success, project management, and business development within the technology sector. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at CloudBlue since December 2020, Jorge has excelled in helping customers optimize their use of cloud solutions, earning recognition as the 2022 CloudBlue Presidents CSM Top Gun for Americas. Prior experience includes leading marketing and business development initiatives at Ingram Micro and overseeing international negotiations for América Móvil, where responsibilities encompassed billing, routing, and strategy implementation across various regions.
