Ken Harman

Ken Harman is a seasoned compliance professional with extensive experience in the financial services industry. Currently serving as Partner and Director at Cloudbreak Compliance Group, LLC since October 2021, Ken provides compliance support and guidance to private equity, real estate, private debt, and venture capital private fund managers. Prior to this role, Ken spent nearly a decade at ACA Group, holding various positions including Managing Director and Private Markets Practice Leader, where responsibilities included delivering regulatory compliance products and solutions to a diverse range of clients in the financial sector. Ken earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Financial Analysis from the University at Albany.
