Neils Hazen

Neils Hazen is a seasoned professional in legal and regulatory compliance with extensive experience across various roles in consulting and management. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Cloudbreak Compliance Group, LLC since June 2023, Neils previously held the position of Senior Manager - Legal and Regulatory Compliance at IQ-EQ from March 2022 to May 2023. Earlier roles include Manager and Senior Associate at Blue River Partners, LLC, as well as a Venture Capital Fellow at Baylor University, where Neils evaluated startups and conducted financial analysis. Neils began the career journey with internships at Covey Capital Partners, the Texas Third Court of Appeals, and Transparency International, coupled with diverse positions such as a Sales Representative and a Meat Cutter. Neils holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Entrepreneurship from Baylor University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Russian Language and Literature from Brigham Young University.
