Rebecca Chan

Rebecca C. C. Chan currently serves as Director at Cloudbreak Pharma since March 2022. Previously, Rebecca held leadership roles including National Capital Market Group Leader at Deloitte China from June 2017 to February 2022, and Partner in the Capital Market Group at both KPMG from 2012 to 2016 and PwC from 2005 to 2012. Additionally, Rebecca was the Head of the IPO Department at Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited from 2003 to 2005. Rebecca is a Practising Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's Degree in Law from The University of London and an MBA in Finance from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
