Poornima Kashyap

Poornima Kashyap is a seasoned finance and quality assurance professional with extensive experience in Salesforce administration and software testing. Currently serving as the Director of Finance at Cloudbyz since January 2015, Poornima oversees Salesforce.com administration and configurations for Cloudbyz's ITPM and CTMS products. Prior experience includes an IT QA Analyst role at Blue Cross and Blue Shield, focusing on enhancements for a retail renewal system, and earlier QA positions at Cloudbyz and Cloudforce Consulting, where manual testing of Salesforce applications was a primary responsibility. Poornima began a career in admissions coordination at the Xavier Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship, developing recruitment strategies and managing library operations. Poornima holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and Finance from Bangalore University.
