Ghassan Zalaf

Ghassan Zalaf is a highly experienced professional in the field of FinOps and cloud services. Currently serving as Principal FinOps Consultant and Lead at Cloudec since November 2023, Ghassan is also a member of the FinOps Foundation since October 2022. Previously, Ghassan held the position of Global FinOps Practice Lead at NCS Group Australia from July 2021 to November 2023 and founded CloudSized, Australia’s first pure play FinOps as a Service provider, from April 2020 to October 2022. Past roles include Managed Services Principal at Versent and various leadership positions at Bulletproof Group Limited, including Head of Managed Services & FinOps. Earlier experience includes customer service management roles at ASSA ABLOY Australia and CIT Group Australia. Ghassan holds a Diploma in Network Engineering from TAFE NSW.
