Diversified investment company with four verticals : 

1.	CE Trading (CET): The trading and distribution arm of the Group aims to represent major global brands and innovative regional brands across various sectors, including beverages, telecommunications, energy, and healthcare. This arm will also distribute products from the Group's industrial and manufacturing division.
2.	CE Industrials and Manufacturing (CEIM): The manufacturing arm of the Group will invest in and manage greenfield and brownfield projects, focusing on the production of FMCG and intermediate products. Initial target sectors include beverages and food.
3.	CE Real Assets (CERA): This vertical will invest in related real estate projects and walled businesses, such as green housing, commercial and residential real estate, tourism, schools, and healthcare.
4.	CE Investment (CEI): The investment and asset management arm of the Group aims to invest in impact initiatives and investments, either directly or on behalf of its investors, in the form of private debt or equity.
