Balneet Birah

Balneet Birah has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on various areas such as compensation and benefits, performance management, learning and development, and employee engagement. They have held leadership positions in companies such as Net Solutions and Quark Software Inc. At Quark, they served as a senior human resources manager, manager of human resources, and lead of compensation and benefits. They were responsible for HR operations, strategic support for teams in the US and Europe, talent development, performance management, and compensation management. They also worked closely with external consulting firms for learning and development initiatives. Prior to that, they worked at Ranbaxy as a management intern, where they focused on industrial relations and statutory compliance in a manufacturing setup. Overall, Balneet Birah has a strong background in human resources, with a wealth of experience in various HR areas and a global perspective.

Balneet Birah completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from University Business School, Panjab University between 1996 and 1998. Prior to that, they graduated from MCM DAV College Chandigarh (Mehr Chand Mahajan DAV College for Women Chandigarh) from 1993 to 1996.

In addition to their academic degrees, Balneet Birah has obtained several certifications. In November 2020, they received a certification in Compensation & Benefits (Performance & Rewards) from Mercer India. In November 2011, they completed the Train The Trainer program at Dale Carnegie. Furthermore, in December 2010, they obtained the GPHR (Global Professional in Human Resources) certification from SHRM.
