John Creer

John Creer currently serves as the Senior Director of HR Business Partners at Cloudera, leading the Americas HRBP team since June 2018. Previous experience includes a role as HR Business Partner at Dell from 2006 to June 2018, where responsibilities encompassed supporting billion-dollar revenue streams and global business units. Prior to Dell, John held the position of HR Manager at General Mills from 2003 to 2006, contributing to the startup of a new Yoplait yogurt facility and assisting several major brands. John's career began as a Mechanical Design Engineer at Bell Helicopter from 1997 to 2001, where the focus was on airframe design for the BA609 tiltrotor. John completed education at Brigham Young University between 2001 and 2003.
