Karthik Palanisamy

Karthik Palanisamy is an experienced software engineer with a robust background in backline engineering and software development. Currently serving as Principal Backline Engineer at Cloudera since April 2019, Karthik has held various positions within the company, including Sr. Staff Software Engineer and Staff Software Engineer. Prior to Cloudera, Karthik worked at Hortonworks from March 2016 to March 2019 as a Sr Software Engineer. Karthik's career began at Ericsson (R&D) where employment lasted from November 2013 to March 2016, during which Karthik held roles as Software Engineer and Solution Integrator. Karthik obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from Kamban Engineering College between 2009 and 2011.
