Otho Lyon

Otho Lyon, MBA, is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in customer success and service delivery transformation across various organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of Customer Success at Cloudera since March 2025, Otho leads global strategies to enhance customer outcomes and experiences. Otho also contributes strategically as a member of the Board of Advisors at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Previously, Otho held the position of Vice President of Services Strategy Execution at Hewlett Packard Enterprise and has a lengthy tenure at Cloudera in roles focused on global customer experience and support.
