Sophia leads Navisite’s global customer success organization, overseeing teams in the U.S., U.K. and India to manage customer engagement, implementation and service management for thousands of global enterprises. With over two decades of experience in customer-focused roles at the legacy Navisite and RDX organizations, including sales, delivery and operations, engagement management and product management, Sophia brings deep relationships across the business to align the customers’ needs with the appropriate expertise and resources to support their success. Previously, Sophia worked in various technology consulting and business analyst roles before moving into managed services.
