Ying Shi

Ying Shi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical support, service delivery, and management within the IT services industry. Currently serving as a Practice Manager and Service Delivery Manager at Cloudera since February 2018, Ying Shi focuses on consulting services, organizational change management, and stakeholder engagement. Prior to this, Ying Shi held various roles at Dell EMC, including Technical Support Manager and Workflow Manager, where responsibilities included managing support teams, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Ying Shi's career began at EMC as a Technical Support Engineer, following a tenure at IBM as an IT Specialist. Ying Shi holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Chengdu University of Information Technology.
