Vaibhav Saraf

Vaibhav Saraf is the Vice President of Public Sector at CloudExtel and the Founder & COO of Railofy. Previously, they served as Chief Manager at DCF Advisory Services from 2014 to 2018, where they led significant initiatives such as Maharashtra's "Jalyukta Shivar Abhiyan" and established the City Transformation Office in Thane. Vaibhav also held roles as Associate Director at Palladium and Manager of Corporate Strategy at Schneider Electric, contributing to transformative programs and smart city initiatives. They earned a degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay and completed a PGP at the Indian School of Business, where they were on the merit list.
