Curt Merlau

Curt is the Director of Resultant’s Education Practice, focused on delivering solutions spanning across early care and education, K-12, and post-secondary education. Curt is tasked with bringing Resultant’s mission and expertise to more places within the education sector by leading a team of education experts here at Resultant. He oversees the design, development, and delivery of education-centric solutions, and drives business development for the practice.

His broad expertise helps him to define, prioritize, and align strategic objectives, in addition to producing concrete findings, all of which inform client strategies. Curt drives collaboration across various technical teams, which helps to ensure that business and functional requirements are met for every project. With a background as a youth worker, educator, and as a key contributor in several education organizations, Curt brings well-rounded expertise and experience to this team.
