Matthew Thomas CHIN (Matt) is an experienced professional with over 20 years of work experience. Matthew Thomas began their career at NetApp in 1999 as a Sr. Manager of Worldwide Channel Marketing, and then moved to Americas Channel Programs and Operations in 2003. From there, they took on the role of Sr. Manager of EMEA Channel Program Development in 2006. In 2015, they joined IBM as the Asia Pacific Global Business Partner Channel Marketing Leader. In 2017, they transitioned to Druva as Director of APAC Channel Sales and Marketing, and then to Talend in 2018 as Head of APAC Channels and Technology Alliances. In 2019, they took on the role of Global Consultant, Advisor and Strategist at Machanelli Group, and then joined Joseph Kuosac Professional as Global Brand Ambassador in 2020. In 2021, they joined CloudFabrix Software as Director of Sales, APAC and Rixon Technology as an Advisor.

Matt CHIN holds a Bachelor of Science in Business (Marketing) from San Jose State University. Matthew Thomas also holds four certifications: The Landmark Forum from Landmark (obtained in April 2021), Virtual DM from InfoMentis (obtained in 2008), Partner Relationship Management from InfoMentis (obtained in 2007), and Power-based Selling from Holden International (obtained in 2003).
