Niva Shakya

Niva Shakya is a Delivery Project Associate at CloudFactory since August 2021, where responsibilities include keeping project teams focused on goals and collaborating with stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables. Prior to this role, Niva served as a Project Manager at Aeloi Technologies from September 2019 to August 2021, handling organization representation and project milestone implementation. Niva also has experience as an Enterprise Graduate at RAP 3 CONNECT from June 2017 to January 2019, focusing on capacity development for MSME partners and data management. Earlier, Niva held positions as an Intern at RAP 3 CONNECT and as a member of the Organizing Committee for the Youth Thinkers' Society, organizing a Model United Nations workshop. Niva was a Team Lead for VSO, managing a team of volunteers in community projects in rural Nepal, and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Kathmandu University, along with a high school diploma in Management from United Academy.
