Darrell R. Deams, CIA, CFE, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in governance, procurement operations, and internal audit. Currently serving as the Senior Governance & Procurement Operations Manager at Cloudflare since April 2021, Darrell has transformed the procurement department into a strategically aligned and respected function through a focus on organizational change and operational efficiency. Prior roles at Cloudflare included Global Sourcing & Governance Manager and Internal Audit Manager, where Darrell established innovative policies and led comprehensive internal audit strategies. Previously, at T-Mobile from 2003 to 2021, Darrell held various positions including Manager of Internal Audit, significantly enhancing audit functions and team capabilities while engaging with C-level executives. Darrell holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Prairie View A&M University and further education from Clark Atlanta University.
