Emily Terrell

Emily Terrell is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Associate General Counsel, Litigation at Cloudflare since July 2023, following a tenure as Senior Counsel, Litigation. Prior to joining Cloudflare, Emily accumulated extensive legal experience at Cooley LLP as an Associate from September 2015 to July 2023, and held the position of Counsel at both Potomac Law Group, PLLC and Clearspire. Emily began the legal career as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Audrey B. Collins at the United States District Court for the Central District of California. Earlier in the professional journey, Emily worked as an Associate at Kirkland & Ellis LLP, focusing on litigation and intellectual property. Before entering the legal field, Emily gained engineering experience at Boeing Satellite Systems and Hughes Space and Communications, contributing to commercial satellite programs and aerospace engineering initiatives. Emily earned a JD from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, and a BS in Aeronautical and Aerospace Engineering from Purdue University.
