John Haarer serves as the Theater Vice President at Cloudflare in Japan since February 2024. Prior to this role, John held multiple positions at Twilio from July 2014 to June 2023, including Vice President & GM for Japan, Country Director for Japan, and Head of Growth & Mid Market Sales for the Asia-Pacific region. John also gained valuable experience as a Business Development Intern at Lovely and EVRST Inc. Additionally, John worked as a Research Assistant and Organizational Development Intern at the University of Michigan's Office of the Executive Vice President and CFO. Early career experience includes a position as Wellness Staff at YMCA. John holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a Program in Entrepreneurship from the University of Michigan and has attended the London School of Economics and Charles University.
