Melissa Kargiannakis

Melissa Kargiannakis is an experienced professional currently serving as the Head of Start-ups at Cloudflare since January 2022. Melissa has a strong background in business operations and customer retention, having led initiatives focused on revenue growth and churn reduction at Cloudflare. Prior to this, Melissa worked as a Business Operations Lead at On Deck and as the Founder and CEO of skritswap, which simplifies complex contracts. Additional roles include advising at Spontivly and serving as Research Director at Sault Ste. Marie Academic Medical Association, where Melissa oversaw significant research projects and secured substantial funding. Melissa holds a Master of Health Information Science and an Honours Bachelor of Health Science from Western University.
