Sean McConnell

Sean McConnell is a seasoned cybersecurity professional currently serving as a Senior Detection Engineer at Cloudflare since October 2023. Previously, Sean held the position of Cyber Security Engineer level III at Huntington Ingalls Industries, Inc., where notable achievements included leading a team to develop an Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) platform and advancing machine learning applications for cyber intelligence. Prior roles include Senior Security Engineer at Digital Operatives, where Sean designed cyber effects and created an automated testing framework, and Developer at GRIMM, focusing on adversarial attack simulations and vulnerability analysis.
