Randi Peyton Crisman

Randi (Peyton) Crisman has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. From 2003 to 2005, they worked as a Loan Officer at Mortgage & Equity Funding Corp., where they provided financial advice to clients regarding mortgages and debt consolidation. Randi then joined Home Loans Inc. as an Operations/Sales Manager and Senior Loan Officer from 2005 to 2009. During this time, they focused on improving operational costs, increasing sales performance, and developing marketing policies and procedures.

In 2009, Randi transitioned to working as a Substitute Teacher at Prince William County Public Schools while also taking on the role of a Sales Representative in the insurance industry. As a Sales Representative, they enrolled over 200 new clients and built strong relationships with customers to exceed loyalty targets.

From 2011 to 2018, Randi worked at Manufacturing Techniques, Inc. (MTEQ) as a Program Analyst, Deployment Manager, Project Manager, and Action Officer within the Department of Defense. Their responsibilities included providing recommendations to the Office of the Director, analyzing program effectiveness, and ensuring program compliance and protection.

In 2018, Randi joined Creative Radicals as an HR Manager and Administration Manager. Randi implemented a new HRIS program, enhanced compensation and employee benefits packages, and worked with a team to provide other departments with tools to better utilize time and resources.

Most recently, in 2022, Randi became the Human Resources & Recruiting Manager at CloudFulcrum.

Randi (Peyton) Crisman earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from George Mason University. Randi attended the university from 2001 to 2003.
