Gal Segal

Gal Segal currently serves as the VP of Global Organizational Development & Learning at Cloudinary, having advanced from Director in this role since January 2022. Prior experience includes significant leadership positions at Western Digital, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing Talent Management, Learning, and Organizational Development for the EMEA region, and managing strategic initiatives related to career and leadership development. Prior roles include Senior Manager and EMEA Training and Organizational Development Manager at SanDisk®, alongside various consulting and training positions at EY and other organizations. Gal Segal holds an M.A. in Organizational and Occupational Psychology from the University of Haifa, a Group Facilitator certification, and a B.A. in Psychology and Sociology from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
