Galit Zvi Bersuc has extensive experience in global people operations and compensation and benefits, currently serving as Vice President of Global People Operations at Cloudinary since November 2018, previously holding the role of Director in the same area. Prior to Cloudinary, Galit Zvi Bersuc worked at LivePerson for eight years, where responsibilities included serving as HR Business Partner for various organizations, managing communication strategies, and overseeing compensation and benefits for the Israeli site. Earlier experience includes roles at Intel Corporation, focusing on profit and loss analysis and consulting on compensation and benefits for the Israeli Design Center. Galit Zvi Bersuc holds an MA in Organizational Behavior and a BA in Economics from the University of Haifa, along with multiple certifications in payroll and compensation.
