Manoj Agarwal

Manoj Agarwal has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Manoj founded and served as the Managing Director of CloudKaptan Consultancy Services since 2014. In addition, they have been an Angel Investor since 2020.

Prior to their current roles, Manoj worked at Cloud Lending Inc. as a P2P Lending Consultant, where they provided strategic inputs and operationalized various aspects of peer-to-peer lending. Before that, they held leadership positions at Tata Consultancy Services, including Global Head of Business Excellence and Head of the Middle East & North Africa region.

Manoj also held significant positions at iSOFT, where they were the Vice President and Head of Development for iSOFT India. Manoj was responsible for the financial, technical, and functional performance of product units and played a key role in setting the overall strategy for the company. Earlier in their career, Manoj worked at Tata Consultancy Services as the Global Head of the Oracle E-Biz Practice, Global Relationship Manager for a strategic account, and Global Transition Manager for a major contract with GE Medical Systems.

Before joining Tata Consultancy Services, Manoj started their career as a Developer at RS Software.

Manoj Agarwal pursued their higher education starting in 1986 at SE Railway Mixed Higher Secondary School. Manoj completed their ISC degree in Science in 1988. Subsequently, they enrolled at the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, where they obtained their B.Tech degree in Electronics & Electrical Communication four years later, in 1992.
