Bhawna Arya

Bhawna Arya is a Human Resources Executive at TO THE NEW and its sister company, CloudKeeper, where they focus on recruitment. They previously served as a Trainee at Paytm, assisting in non-tech hiring and successfully closing over 50 applications in three months. Bhawna also gained experience as a Talent Acquisition Intern at EY, where they supported the taxation hiring team. They hold an MBA in Human Resources from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University and a BA in English Language and Literature from Delhi University.
