Rémi Dauchy is a trilingual procurement professional with over 10 years of experience in industrial and start-up environments, currently serving as the Head of Indirect Procurement for Europe at CloudKitchens. They have successfully managed procurement across seven European countries, implemented new procurement tools, and built teams from the ground up. Previously, Rémi held various procurement roles at companies such as Grupo Bimbo, Revlon Inc., and Anheuser-Busch InBev, where they achieved significant cost savings and operational efficiencies. They hold a Master of Science in Management from Grenoble Ecole de Management and are currently pursuing further education in International Trade and Economic and Commercial Preparatory Classes.
