Shaun Ward

Shaun Ward has a range of experience in the technology industry, spanning over several companies. Shaun currently holds the position of Technology Director at CloudKubed, a role they have held since May 2023. Prior to that, Shaun was the Owner & Founder of Onward Professional Services, starting in February 2023.

Before these ventures, Shaun worked at Claranet as the Cloud Portfolio Director in the CTO Office from December 2021 to March 2023. Shaun also served as a Solutions Architect at Six Degrees Group from March 2020 to December 2021, and as the Practice Lead - Cloud Platform Solutions at CDW from September 2019 to February 2020.

Shaun has extensive expertise in cloud solutions, having also held roles such as Cloud Solutions Architect - Practice Lead at MTI from July 2018 to September 2019, and Solutions Architect at Trustmarque from September 2014 to July 2018. Additionally, they worked as an IT Consultant at Onward Technical Solutions Ltd from January 2005 to June 2010.

In their earlier career, Shaun was a Solution Architect at Capgemini from August 2010 to August 2013. During their time at Trustmarque, they held various positions, including Professional Services Infrastructure Architect from August 2015 to July 2017 and Business Productivity Practice Lead from September 2013 to August 2015.

Shaun Ward attended Abraham Darby from 1990 to 1995. Shaun did not obtain a degree or specialize in any field of study during this time. In terms of certifications, Shaun obtained the following: AZ900 Azure Fundamentals from Microsoft in January 2020, Mimecast Certified Technical Specialist from Mimecast in March 2017, Cloud Platform University: Selling Hybrid Identity and EMS from Microsoft in May 2016, MCSA: Windows Server 2012 from Microsoft in October 2014, MCPS: Microsoft Certified Professional from Microsoft in January 2014, and MCTS: Windows Server 2008 Active Directory, Configuration from Microsoft in July 2009.
