Raphael Kouhana

Raphael Kouhana is a seasoned technical support professional with extensive experience in the IT and telecommunications sectors. Since January 2018, Raphael has served as a Senior Technical Support Engineer at Proofpoint, specializing in Cloudmark and ZTNA Secure Access, following a decade-long tenure with Cloudmark, where Raphael began in 2008 and progressed through various roles. Prior to this, from September 2001 to December 2007, Raphael worked as a Network & System Administrator at Buongiorno, focusing on mobile services and customer support.
