Katie Mandel, PHR, SHRM-CP

Katie Mandel, PHR, SHRM-CP has over 12 years of experience in Human Resources. Katie began their career in 2006 as a Billing Analyst at United Healthcare - i3 Research. In 2007, they joined Bluewolf, an IBM Company, as an HR Generalist and was later promoted to HR Director in the same year. In this role, they managed a team responsible for global HR operations, including US, Europe and Australia. Katie also served as a key stakeholder in planning, design and implementation of activities related to the company's successful integration of 1,200+ employees into IBM. Additionally, they ran global HR operations in established entities and lead expansion and enablement in new markets. In 2019, they joined CloudMasonry as the VP of Human Resources.

Katie Mandel, PHR, SHRM-CP has an extensive education history. Katie attended Rutgers University from 2000 to 2005, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in History. In 2015, they attended a SHRM Seminar and obtained their SHRM-CP certification. Katie also obtained their Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute in December 2013. In addition, they have obtained several certifications from LinkedIn and Salesforce, including Creating Your Personal Brand (2018), Salesforce Certified Administrator (2016), and Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant (2016).
