Shahab Nikpeyman

Shahab Nikpeyman is a Quality Test Engineer at CloudNine, with experience since April 2018 in testing products, developing test plans, and creating test scripts and reports across various projects. Previously, Shahab served as a Senior Escalated Technical Support representative, providing technical support for the Concordance Software Suite and resolving a range of technical issues. Before joining CloudNine, Shahab worked at LexisNexis from April 2016 to March 2018 as a Discover Center Agent, delivering high-quality support and managing client requests. Shahab holds an Associate's Degree in Computer Science with a focus on Information Communication Technology from Bahar College, which was completed from 2009 to 2013.
