Kamran Mahboob

Kamran Mahboob has over 20 years of experience in the field of Cloud Security and GRC. From 2017 to present, they have been the Director of Cloud Security & Compliance at Cloudnosys, Inc. and a Cloud Security and GRC Engagement Consultant, helping clients to develop secure cloud strategies based on industry specific regulations. Kamran also coordinates with technical teams from initial discovery to go live and post optimizations, and develops complete risk management processes for security and compliance. From 2017 to present, they have also been a Training Instructor at Cyber Responders. From 2015 to 2017, they were a GRC Technical Consultant at Trustmarq Global Services, where they supported the day to day administration of RSA Archer 6.1 Platform environment in collaboration with Senior Archer Developer and the technical team on development, configuration, testing, data feeds, documentation, and deploying enhancements, fixes, and configuration changes needed to support the enterprise governance of Risk and demonstrating Compliance. From 2014 to 2015, they were a Supply Chain Analyst - Risk Management at VWR International Ltd Canada. From 2004 to 2014, they were a Distribution Specialist at Ivoclar Vivadent Inc., where they managed Receiving, Inventory control, and rendered Administrative & Operational Support to Logistics & Distribution Manager. From 2000 to 2004, they were the Operations Manager, Distribution & Logistics at Standard Pharmaceuticals Ltd.

Kamran Mahboob has a diverse educational background. Kamran obtained a Postgraduate Certificate Program in Global Business Management from the Humber Institute of Technology & Advanced Learning in Toronto, ON from 2013 to 2015. Prior to this, they earned a Graduate Certificate in Project Management from the same institution from 2011 to 2012.
