Mrityunjay Kant

Mrityunjay Kant has extensive work experience in the technology and engineering field. Mrityunjay is currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at CloudNuro.AI since February 2023. Prior to this, they worked as an Advisory/CTO at a stealth mode startup from November 2022 to February 2023.

Before their current roles, Mrityunjay held various positions at AST LLC from 2013 to 2022. Mrityunjay started as a Principal Engineer in July 2013 and worked their way up to Senior Principal Engineer in February 2014. From March 2015 to February 2018, they served as an Engineering Manager, and from March 2018 to October 2022, they held the position of Director of Engineering & Product. In these roles, they were responsible for solving complex problems, leading cloud and tech transformation business lines, and launching multiple successful products that significantly increased revenue and profitability. Mrityunjay also played a key role in growing the team by 120%.

In 2012, Mrityunjay co-founded Bawaal Labs and worked as a Co-Founder until August 2014. During this time, they contributed to the creation and delivery of the Majikal application, a location-based event networking platform. Mrityunjay collaborated on the concept and design and developed the API platform using the Scala-MongoDB stack.

From 2008 to 2013, Mrityunjay worked at OpentText as an Engineering and Product Manager, where they created a new product and implemented innovative designs to drive revenue growth. Mrityunjay also provided exceptional services to enterprise customers.

Earlier in their career, Mrityunjay worked as a Technical Architect at Iconix Brand Group from September 2007 to February 2008. Mrityunjay also served as a Lead Architect at stealth startup Nirvigna (AssureClose) from November 2006 to July 2007, where they led the initial engineering team and contributed to the design and development of a GRC product for Oracle E-Business Suite.

Mrityunjay started their career at Oracle India as an Application Engineer from May 2004 to October 2006. In this role, they played a crucial part in the transformation of iRecruitment into a paid product and worked on the development of next-generation HRMS functionality using Oracle OAF/ADF platform.

Prior to that, they worked as a Software Engineer at Infosys from November 2003 to May 2004.
